Class registrations is now open! Stay tuned for additonal classes and workshops that may be added. You must have a pass in order to register. To register for a session, simply click on the small circle before the title to ADD to your schedule, and you are enrolled. Your selections are automatically saved.
Your schedule may be changed or modified as long as a session still has availability. Class registration closes on Tuesday, July 25 at 5pm, EST.
It's way too easy to let negative patterns of thought way us down. This class begins with a quick discussion on positive psychology and effective habits for happiness hygiene. We'll then move through a deep flow aimed at dropping negativity, seeking the light, and connecting positive affirmation to our bodies, minds, and relationships. Expect hip openers and balancing poses, leaving us blissed out in final rest.
Taylor is bent on moving people - both on and off the mat. He has an accessible, engaging, and lighthearted teaching style, as well as a passion for social topics and human rights. He's always eager to listen, learn, and pass it on.
